Lower Laing Museum Opening 2026

On the 8th April we had the Opening Day for 2026 – commemorating Alexander Laing’s legacy to the people of Newburgh, 130 years since the opening of the Laing Museum.  It was great to welcome our guests and visitors for a look round the Lower Laing Museum. Unfortunately, the Laing Museum upstairs was not open for viewing.

It was an honour to have 3 generations of David Anderson & family and also Alistair Guild (right), who are all descendants of our benefactor, Alexander Laing ©SBrown
